Collaborate with founders and team leads to scope roles aligned with company OKRs 3. Write compelling JDs and job briefs tailored to the Web3 landscape 4. Design scorecards and interview frameworks to assess both skill and culture fit 5. Manage interview pipelines using ATS or manual trackers 6.
