LeverageX Media produces content IPs across podcasts, YouTube, and Instagram. We're hiring a full-time Creative Producer based in Andheri West, Mumbai, to independently handle podcast production end-to-end from concept to distribution.
What you'll do:
- Own content production end-to-end. Take a content idea and turn it into a full-fledged show across YouTube, podcasts, or short-form formats.
- Manage pre-production. Script outlines, plan shoots, finalize budgets, book crew/talent, and coordinate logistics.
- Run the show on shoot day. Direct on set, manage talent, troubleshoot, and ensure the shoot runs smoothly and stays on brief.
- Oversee post-production. Work closely with editors to structure episodes, give feedback on cuts, and finalize deliverables.
- Leaddistribution. Upload and publish content across platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Instagram), optimizing titles, thumbnails, and metadata.
- Track performance. Monitor viewership, retention, and audience insights to improve future content.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams. Align on creative vision, timelines, and success metrics.
We're looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience producing digital video content—ideally shows, series, podcasts or branded IPs.
- Strong grasp of the full production pipeline—from pre to post.
- Solid experience with Premiere Pro and a basic understanding of editing workflows.
- Deep knowledge of YouTube and Instagram formats, trends, and best practices.
- Clear communication skills, especially when managing creators, editors, or clients.
Bonus if you have
- Experience growing a content channel organically (without relying on paid media).
- Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, or podcast analytics.
- A network of editors, DOPs, or freelance talent you can tap into.
