At ForgeFlex, we use content to educate, build trust, and establish long-term credibility. We are looking for a Podcast & Organic Video Content Specialist who sits at the intersection of high-end traditional post-production and cutting-edge AI-driven video workflows.
This is a hands-on role for a specialist who doesn't just edit, but leverages AI to scale production, improve quality, and stay ahead of the curve in organic social media growth.
Key Responsibilities
Podcast Setup, Production & Support
• Guide and assist in setting up podcast infrastructure (audio/video setup, recording formats, platform requirements).
• Advise on podcast best practices including episode structure, duration, framing, and distribution.
• Support publishing across platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.
• Assist in optimizing podcast titles, descriptions, and show notes using LLMs (Large Language Models) for improved SEO and discoverability.
Advanced AI Video Editing & Post-Production (Core Responsibility)
• AI Workflow Integration: Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., auto-captioning, silence removal, and color matching) to focus on high-level storytelling.
• Generative AI Implementation: Apply advanced AI techniques for visual enhancements, such as AI-driven object removal, generative fill for framing adjustments, and AI-powered rotoscoping.
• Long-to-Short Repurposing: Leverage AI-assisted clipping tools to identify "viral moments" from long-form podcasts and transform them into platform-native Reels, Shorts, and TikToks.
• Audio Enhancement: Use AI-based audio restoration and speech enhancement tools (like Adobe Podcast or ElevenLabs) to ensure broadcast-quality sound regardless of recording environments.
• Traditional Craft: Maintain mastery over Adobe After Effects for custom motion graphics and visual consistency that AI cannot yet replicate.
Organic Social Media Support
• Optimize hooks, captions, and video pacing based on platform algorithms.
• Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging AI video trends (e.g., AI avatars, synthetic b-roll, and neural filters).
• Support content scheduling and calendar execution.
Content Management & Performance Tracking
• Coordinate content workflows with marketing and design teams using tools such as Notion, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Track performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement) and use data-driven insights to iterate on video styles.
Required Skills & Experience
• Expert Video Editing: Proven experience in editing long-form podcasts and high-impact short-form content.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with professional AI editing suites (e.g., Runway Gen-2/3, Descript, HeyGen, or Adobe Firefly).
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Prompt Engineering for Media: Ability to effectively use AI prompts to generate assets, B-roll, or voice-overs when necessary.
• Storytelling: A deep understanding of how to maintain a professional, trust-driven brand tone while using modern AI effects.
• Independence: Ability to manage the full lifecycle of a video project from raw footage to final AI-optimized export.
Nice to Have
• Experience working with professional services, finance, or insurance brands.
• Knowledge of Custom GPTs or AI agents for content repurposing workflows.
• Experience with AI-driven translation and dubbing for global reach.
• Motion design or branding animation experience.
