We are looking for a Podcast Host to lead engaging conversations, create thought leadership content, and drive audience engagement through Scry AI’s podcast initiatives. This role is critical in building a strong voice for the brand across audio and digital platforms.
Role Overview
As a Podcast Host at Scry AI, you will be responsible for hosting, planning, and producing podcast episodes that feature industry insights, expert discussions, and enterprise technology trends. You will work closely with marketing and leadership teams to shape content that resonates with B2B audiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is articulate, curious, and comfortable leading conversations, with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging discussions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Podcast Hosting & Content Delivery
- Host podcast episodes with confidence and clarity
- Lead engaging conversations with guests and internal experts
- Ensure smooth flow and structure of each episode
Content Planning & Ideation
- Plan podcast themes, topics, and episode formats
- Research industry trends, guest backgrounds, and discussion points
- Develop scripts, talking points, and interview frameworks
Guest Management & Coordination
- Identify and invite relevant industry experts and stakeholders
- Coordinate scheduling, preparation, and briefing for guests
- Ensure a professional and engaging guest experience
Production & Distribution Support
- Collaborate with production teams for recording and editing
- Support publishing and distribution across podcast platforms
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and quality standards
Audience Engagement & Growth
- Promote podcast content across social and digital channels
- Engage with audience feedback and insights
- Track performance metrics and refine content strategy
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in podcast hosting, media, or content creation
- Strong communication, articulation, and interviewing skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging conversations
- Comfortable speaking on camera or audio platforms
- Research skills and curiosity about industry trends
- Good collaboration and coordination abilities
