We run a content agency that helps founders grow through YouTube and podcasting. Our podcast is how we meet potential clients — and that's where you come in.
You'll host daily interviews with US-based founders and business owners. Have great conversations, build real relationships, and at the end of each interview, make a soft pitch for our services. If they're interested, you book them on a call with our founders. If we close the deal, you earn a 10% commission on the retainer.
Typical retainers are $3,000–$5,000/month, meaning $300–$500 per closed deal — on top of your base salary and performance bonus.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day, we line up multiple interviews for you with full context and suggested questions. Your job:
- Get on the call and build rapport fast
- Ask the right questions — and go off-script when needed
- Guide the conversation naturally
- Keep energy and clarity high across 6–7 interviews per day
- At the end of each interview, make a natural, soft pitch for AshMedia's services
- If the guest is interested, book them on a call with our founders
Think talk show host meets business development — not teleprompter reader, not hard seller.
Compensation
- ₹60,000/month fixed base
- Up to ₹50,000/month performance bonus, which includes:
- Interview quality and consistency targets
- 10% commission on every closed deal ($300–$500 per deal)
- High performers can earn significantly more
This role is performance-driven. Show up, do great work, close deals, get paid well.
Working Hours
8:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (aligned with US time zones)
- 6–7 hours of interviews
- 1 hour of daily prep (reviewing guests, questions, context)
Requirements
- Excellent, fluent English — this is non-negotiable
- Comfortable speaking with American founders and operators daily
- Basic understanding of business (startups, marketing, growth, SaaS, etc.)
- Confident on camera with strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable with soft selling and building relationships
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Self-driven and consistent
