• Hands on Java BE.
• hands-on experience in Java backend development, delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing services.
• Deep expertise inJava,Spring Boot, RESTful API design, and microservices (scalability, resiliency, observability).
• Proven ownership of end-to-end delivery from technical design and implementation to performance optimization and production support.
• StrongPod Lead skills, lead and mentor engineers, drive sprint planning/execution, manage priorities, and remove delivery blockers.
• Solid experience withSQL/NoSQL, messaging/caching patterns, automated testing, andCI/CD practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with Product, QA, and DevOps in an Agile setup.
