Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our social media presence and help grow our community through impactful content. Role Overview As our Social Media Manager, you will be completely responsible for ideating, designing, creating, and managing all social media content across Instagram and Facebook. You'll bring our brand to life through engaging visuals, reels, posts, and stories while actively managing our pages to build an authentic, vibrant online community. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals and seasonal themes. Create high-quality, original content (posts, reels, stories) focused on yoga, wellness tips, health routines, and brand offerings. Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and video content using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools. Manage and grow our Instagram and Facebook pages – including daily posting, scheduling, and engaging with the community (comments, DMs, etc.). Track performance using analytics tools and adjust strategy based on insights and trends. Stay updated on social media trends, especially in the wellness, health, and yoga spaces. Collaborate with internal team members (instructors, founders, etc.) to highlight offerings, events, and customer success stories. Requirements Proven experience managing and growing brand social media accounts, ideally in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle sectors. Strong eye for aesthetics, design, and storytelling. Experience in creating and editing engaging reels and short-form video content. Excellent writing skills with an understanding of brand voice and audience engagement. Knowledge of Instagram and Facebook algorithms, features, and best practices. Self-starter with the ability to take full ownership and work independently.
