Position: HR Intern Location: In-Person, Okhla, New Delhi Company: Pocketful (Backed by Pace Stock Broking Services) About the Company: Pocketful is a new-age Fintech broking platform founded by alumni from IIM-A, Yale, and Columbia, aiming to make financial markets accessible to all. It is supported by Pace, a leading financial services firm with 25+ years of industry presence. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews. Manage HR documentation, records, and internal databases. Draft offer letters and communicate with selected candidates. Oversee company LinkedIn page and support campus hiring initiatives. Support onboarding and maintain candidate engagement. Collaborate with leadership on daily HR and strategic tasks. Requirements: B.Tech and/or MBA (HR) preferred; 0–3 years of experience. Strong communication, organizational, and sourcing skills. Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring. Experience with startups is a plus.
