Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in architecture, construction, or related industries. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
