About the role

· Manpower vendor management and their Payroll. · Manage and finalize attendance & leave record to process the salary and full and final settlement. · Manage and update employee's complete profile in HRMS (Work line application) including Onboarding activities like generating employee codes of new hires on HRMS. · Handle billing of vendors and coordinate with the finance department for payment processing of vendor billing. · Coordinate with auditors for finalization of payroll audit and related issues · Manage end to end exit process for all types of separation cases including resignations and terminations. · Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. · Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, system, tactics and procedures across the organization. · Nurturing a positive working environment by ensuring employee relations and communication. · Handling grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
