Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-impact PMO – Business Operations & Strategy professional to work closely with the CCO (also overseeing operations) in driving end-to-end business performance.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations and Supply Chain ensuring that business strategy translates into disciplined execution on the ground.

If you enjoy solving complex business problems, working across functions, and driving tangible outcomes-this role will give you significant ownership and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business plans into actionable execution roadmaps across Sales and Operations
• Drive alignment between demand (sales forecasts) and supply (production & SCM)
• Track performance across revenue, product mix, margins, and operational efficiency
• Build and manage dashboards for end-to-end business visibility
• Anchor weekly/monthly reviews with structured insights and clear action tracking
• Identify bottlenecks in execution and work cross-functionally to resolve them
• Support pricing, margin tracking, and commercial decision-making
• Establish and drive S&OP and governance processes

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or PMO roles
• Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach
• Understanding of both commercial (sales/pricing) and operations (production/SCM)
• Ability to work across teams and influence without formal authority
• High ownership, attention to detail, and execution focus
• Experience in manufacturing / B2B setup is a strong plus
• MBA in Operations Management with relevant experience
