Responsibilities:
Organize and facilitate program/function review meetings in alignment with the set review
calendar.
• Regularly monitor project progress and proactively flag risks or delays.
• Ensure adherence to defined timelines and work with teams to implement corrective actions as
needed.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and status updates for PMO review.
• Coordinate with concerned teams for setting up a central repository.
• Maintain and update program repositories, review documents, and key performance indicators
(KPIs) in the central database.
Requirements:
Excellent cross-functional team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of program review mechanisms and review cycles.
• Proficient in documentation, report writing, and action tracking.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in management consulting / founder's office
• Master’s degree in management or public health.
