Job Description
- Lead execution of utility-scale wind projects from NTP to COD & HOTO.
- Manage multi-site wind project portfolio across TN, KA, MH & RJ.
- Ensure adherence to project baseline schedule, cost plan, and contractual milestones.
- Develop integrated Master Project Schedule (Primavera/MSP).
- Conduct weekly portfolio reviews with site teams.
- Establish standardized project reporting dashboards for management.
- Interface with WTG OEMs (SGRE, Suzlon, GE, Inox, Envision etc.).
- Govern EPC contractors across cBOP / eBOP / crane packages.
- Ensure timely approvals for charging and commissioning.
- Identify execution bottlenecks early.
- Prepare mitigation & acceleration plans.
- Monitor project CAPEX and cash flow forecasts.
- Support budgeting, cost optimization, and variation control.
- Validate contractor billing and milestone certification
- Lead audits, NCR closure and root cause reviews
- Ensure documentation closure and asset stabilization.
The Successful Applicant
- B.E./B.Tech - Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
- MBA / PGDM / Project Management certification preferred
- Overall 12-18 years of experience in Renewable Energy Projects
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Wind Project Execution
- Experience handling multi-state wind portfolio
- Prior exposure with IPPs / OEMs / EPC players preferred
- Multi-site team leadership
- Strong stakeholder management
- Decision making under execution pressure
- Contractor governance capability
- Cross-functional coordination
