Job Title: PMO (Project Management Office)
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
We are looking for experienced PMO professionals to support project governance, process compliance, and resource management across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project coordination, reporting, and resource planning.
Role 1: PMO – Process / GovernanceKey Responsibilities
• Support project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational processes.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and track project risks and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with CMMI Level 3 processes and standards.
• Assist in project planning, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support resource allocation tracking and reporting.
• Maintain project dashboards, metrics, and performance reports.
Required Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in risk management and project governance
• Good understanding of CMMI Level 3 processes
• Experience working in CMMI-compliant environments
• Knowledge of project reporting tools and documentation
Preferred Certifications
• PMP Certification
• CMMI Certification
Role 2: PMO – Resource Management (RMG)Key Responsibilities
• Manage and track resource allocation across projects.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development (L&D) teams to support skill development and training initiatives.
• Maintain resource availability data and assist in workforce planning.
• Monitor resource utilization, allocation trends, and capacity planning.
• Support project teams in identifying resource gaps and planning staffing requirements.
• Prepare reports related to resource utilization, allocation, and workforce metrics.
Required Skills
• Experience working in Resource Management Group (RMG) or similar roles
• Strong understanding of resource allocation and workforce planning
• Experience in resource utilization tracking and reporting
• Ability to coordinate with project managers and L&D teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Resource Management
