Hiring: PMO Head โ B2G & Large SI Programs

๐ฐ Compensation: โน40โ50 LPA (80% Fixed + 20% Variable)
We are looking for an experienced and strategic PMO Head to lead enterprise-wide project governance, delivery oversight, and execution management across large-scale programs at Amnex Infotechnologies
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PMO governance, project management, milestone tracking, delivery management, invoicing governance, AOP tracking, resource planning, must have exposure in smart city projects and executive stakeholder management across enterprise and government-focused programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide PMO governance across strategic business programs
Drive milestone tracking, delivery governance, and execution monitoring
Partner with BU Heads, Finance, Delivery, SCM, and leadership teams for operational alignment
Oversee invoicing coordination, revenue realization support, and collections governance
Manage project health dashboards, MIS reporting, and executive governance reviews
Support AOP planning, forecasting, variance tracking, and portfolio reporting
Ensure effective resource planning, utilization governance, and capacity management
Drive risk management, escalation handling, and governance compliance
Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and transformation programs
Monitor timesheet governance, utilization tracking, and project controls
Build and maintain governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and operational standards

18โ22 years of experience in PMO, program management, or enterprise delivery governance
Strong exposure to B2G, eGovernance, Smart City, PSU, or government transformation projects
Proven expertise in handling large, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs
Strong analytical, governance, and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
Bachelorโs Degree in Engineering / Technology (BE / BTech)
MBA / Masterโs in Project Management or related discipline preferred
