What you will do
Demand & Project Lifecycle Management (Initiation → Closure)
- Guide stakeholders through the demand process from first submission to approval, ensuring data completeness, process compliance, and timely progression.
- Create projects after demand approval and ensure smooth transition from demand to project lifecycle.
- Support project governance throughout the full lifecycle, including planning, execution, progress tracking, and closure documentation.
- Follow up on demands and ongoing projects to ensure deadlines, responsibilities, and next steps are clear and executed.
- Monitor and follow up on time bookings to secure transparency, correct charging, and adherence to financial governance.
- Ensure strict adherence to defined processes across demand management, portfolio management, and project lifecycle governance.
- Create ad‑hoc reports for leadership, governance teams, and other stakeholders—covering demand pipeline, project status, risks, and compliance indicators.
- Support continuous improvement by refining templates, workflows, and governance structures across the entire lifecycle.
- Optimize toolset and methodologies to enhance efficiency, automation, communication, and reporting quality.

What you will need
- Experience in PMO, demand management, or project governance roles in IT or business environments.
- Understanding of project management methods across the entire lifecycle (initiation to closure).
- High degree of accuracy, reliability, and ownership in data and process management.
- Ability to collaborate across IT and business, simplifying complex processes for stakeholders.

Nice to have
- Experience working in global or multi‑region setups.
