Role Description
We are looking for a PMO Analyst to manage cross-functional coordination across client implementations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Project management/Project coordination in software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of software implementation projects by helping manage timelines, tasks, risks, and cross-team communication.
- Maintain project plans, track dependencies, monitor status, and ensure project information stays up to date and visible to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Client Services to clarify priorities, gather updates, and ensure teams stay aligned on deliverables.
- Contribute to project governance activities by preparing status reports, documenting risks and issues, and helping run recurring project checkpoints.
- Assist with sprint planning, release readiness coordination, and tracking cross-team dependencies.
- Work with client-facing teams to gather requirements, document expectations, and support project-level communication with customers when needed.
- Improve project workflows by organizing documentation, maintaining Confluence/JIRA spaces, and suggesting process improvements.
- Use generative AI tools to support documentation, meeting notes, risk summaries, and project updates.
- Document incidents, decisions, and process changes clearly and consistently in systems like JIRA and Confluence.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in project management or project coordination within a software or SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile workflows, with experience supporting engineering or product teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project and documentation tools.
- Ability to track tasks, manage risks, and drive follow-ups across distributed teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clear, accurate project documentation.
- Experience supporting release processes, dependency tracking is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and improve project practices.
- Experience supporting customers in US time zones.
- Can-do attitude with an ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Curiosity to learn new things and challenge oneself.
