Obrimo Technologies is looking for a PMO Analyst / PMO Coordinator to support large-scale enterprise programs and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in project governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, RAID management, and project tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Prepare and publish project status reports, dashboards, and governance updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to track project progress.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, action items, and dependencies.
- Track and manage Jira tickets, project backlogs, and issue resolution status.
- Support governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and project discussions.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, decision logs, and action trackers.
- Identify project risks and escalate critical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate reporting of KPIs, SLAs, and project health metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Project Management Support roles.
- Strong experience in PMO governance and project reporting.
- Hands-on experience with RAID management.
- Experience working with Jira for project tracking and reporting.
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
- Exposure to enterprise transformation, migration, cloud, or data platform projects.
- Experience working in large enterprise or MNC environments.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
