Must-Have Skills
- 9+ years in PMO / Program Coordination / Delivery Management
- Strong SAP Program experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Governance management, RAID tracking, issue/risk management
- Stakeholder coordination and executive reporting
- SAP Project Management exposure
- Experience with milestone tracking and action closure
- Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Jira (or similar)
- Ability to understand SAP technical discussions and drive execution
Good-to-Have Skills
- Global stakeholder management (Onsite/Offshore model)
- Agile / Hybrid delivery exposure
- Dashboarding and leadership reporting skills
- Experience in large enterprise SAP programs
- Exposure to SAP MM, Production Planning, Financial Control, Validation Testing
