Role Description The PMIS Co-Ordinator is a full-time, project on-site role based. This role is responsible for coordinating Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) implementation and support activities for clients. This role includes contributing to functional and process improvements and best practices for PMIS usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project coordination and delivery from the site office
- Gather and analyse client requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authority engineers
- Implement and support PMIS, including user training
- Manage Project Management Office (PMO) activities and on-site stakeholder coordination
- Drive effective communication among project stakeholders
- Support pre-sales activities, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution presentations
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 4–5 years of experience in civil/infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work at the client's project location (Current requirement: Uttarakhand)
