Education

• BE Electrical / Mechanical
• ME Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics
• MBA / PGBDM (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and optimize production plans based on demand and capacity
• Ensure effective schedule planning and timely execution
• Monitor plan vs actual and take corrective actions
• Handle customer commitments, communication, and escalation management
• Drive data-based replanning and continuous improvement
• Ensure system adherence and planning accuracy
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
• Manage changeovers, sequencing, and minimize planning losses
• Track actions and ensure timely follow-ups
• Assess feasibility of plans considering capacity and constraints
• Maintain discipline in execution and compliance with SOPs

• SOPs, policies, and DOA compliance

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Steel Processing Center (SPC)
• Exposure to CTL / CTS / Auto Blanking / Slitting
• Handling slit coils and steel processing operations
