We are looking for a Project Supervisor to manage and coordinate a Retirement Home Project at Pala, Kerala on behalf of a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) firm.
📍 Location: Pala, Kerala
💼 Experience: 3–10 Years
🎓 Qualification: Civil Engineering / Diploma / ITI
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
• Ensure quality, timelines, and project execution standards
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the PMC team
• Support project planning and execution from a PMC perspective
• Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
• Practical experience in construction site supervision
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on-site
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience in residential/institutional projects is an advantage
