What would you look forward to in this role?
- Play a key role in supporting daily production operations and ensuring accurate, efficient execution on the manufacturing floor.
- Partner closely with Operations, Quality, and Technical teams to identify issues, reduce waste, and maintain compliance.
- Gain hands-on experience in production coordination, data accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What key responsibilities would you assume in this role?
- Support production execution to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
- Reinforce quality requirements and collaborate with Quality and Technical teams to resolve production issues and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate production data by reviewing job tickets, ensuring completeness, and entering data into the ERP system.
- Partner with the DHR Specialist to ensure documentation accuracy and traceability.
- Assist with shift huddles, communicating performance, schedules, quality topics, and key updates.
- Distribute work instructions and documentation, reinforcing expectations with Operators.
- Monitor production flow, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns to support timely decision-making.\
- Verify materials are properly staged and support setup, line clearance, and job transitions.
- Observe operations for compliance with procedures, documentation accuracy, and proper material/equipment setup.
- Promote and enforce safety, cleanroom, and regulatory requirements, including PPE and gowning compliance.
- Support continuous production coverage during breaks and staffing adjustments.
- Identify training needs and provide feedback to Supervisors and Trainers.
- Serve as a point of contact for production operations in the absence of the Supervisor.
