We are seeking an experienced PMC Engineer to oversee and manage warehouse construction projects on behalf of the client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project execution meets quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives while coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
*Key Responsibilities*
-Supervise warehouse construction activities and monitor site progress against approved schedules.
-Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
-Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays to ensure timely completion.
-Review and approve material submittals, inspection requests (IRs), RFIs, shop drawings, and method statements.
-Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve quality and safety issues.
-Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, statutory requirements, and project safety standards.
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
-Participate in project review meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.
-Support testing, commissioning, snagging activities, and final project handover.
-Verify completed work quantities and assist in contractor billing, certification, and payment processes.
-Monitor project risks and recommend mitigation measures to maintain schedule and budget adherence.
*Candidate Requirements* .
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
*Experience* .
-5–10 years of experience in construction and project management.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, industrial, logistics, or manufacturing facility projects.
-Prior experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignments is highly preferred.
*Technical Skills*
Candidates should possess experience and knowledge in:
-Warehouse construction and industrial building projects
-RCC and structural steel works
-Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
-Industrial flooring systems (FM2/FM3)
-MEP services
-Fire protection and firefighting systems
-Electrical systems and utilities
-External infrastructure and development works
-Primavera P6 or MS Project
-AutoCAD
-Microsoft Office Suite
-QA/QC procedures and HSE practices
