Job Role: PMC Engineer - Maintenance

• Experience: 5+ Years
• Qualification: Degree - Civil/ Electrical
• Location: North West Zone India, Metro Cities
• Duty: Night Shift
• Salary: 40,000 - 70,000 + Night Shift Allowance 5,000 + Retention Bonus
• Duration: Short term Project - 3 Months Extendable contract on MMK Payroll.
  
  

We are looking for an experienced PMC Engineer with strong exposure to store operations and maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing material stores, ensuring proper maintenance of inventory, coordinating with site teams, and supporting project execution as per quality and safety standards.

Maintenance Asset Management

• Finishing Interior Fit-Out Work, knowledge on BBS, Retaining walls, Towers Structures
• Handle stores maintenance, including upkeep of storage areas, sheds, and equipment,
• Ensure materials are protected from damage, theft, and weather conditions
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of store-related tools and infrastructure
  
  

Coordination Documentation

• Coordinate with PMC, contractors, vendors, and site engineers
• Verify material quality as per specifications and approved drawings
• Maintain all stores-related documents such as GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and reports
