Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth production operations with focus on output, yield, and OEE

Drive line balancing, process correction, and loss identification

Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen)

Maintain strict discipline and execution on the shop floor

Monitor process compliance, SOP adherence, and safety standards

Allocate shifts and manage manpower effectively

Ensure safe operations, hazard control, and EHS compliance

Provide on-job coaching, team guidance, and performance monitoring

Track actions, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution

Improve productivity through process optimization and waste reduction

Key Skills Competencies

Strong knowledge of production processes and shop floor management

Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement

Good leadership, decision-making, and team handling skills

Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and execution discipline

Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency

Technical Knowledge

Output, yield, scrap control, and OEE improvement

Process defects, yield loss, trim loss, and scrap analysis

Process SOPs, Work Instructions, and compliance standards

Process capability, line capacity, and equipment limitations

Understanding of EHS rules and high-risk operations

Manpower planning, operator competency, and shift management

Process flow, task dependencies, and critical path

Preferred Experience

Experience in Steel Processing Center (SPC)

Knowledge of CTL / CTS / Auto Blanking / Slitting processes

Handling slit coils and steel processing operations
