Event Project Manager

We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide. We are looking for an Event Project Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be: Act as traffic manager for all ongoing projects across global marketing & communication teams; Maintain and update Asana; ensure all tasks are assigned, tracked, and delivered on time; Transition projects from strategic planning into smooth daily operations; Ensure workflow continuity while team is off to conferences; Control deadlines and delivery from multiple teams (PR, brand, sponsorship, SMM, creative, etc.); Systematize documentation, tables and internal processes for better clarity and reporting; Support affiliate projects from a project management perspective. Essential professional experience: Middle-level PM with passion for routine and system; High attention to detail and structured mindset; Comfortable working across different teams and managing dependencies; Basic understanding of marketing and communications workflows; Strong execution skills and task ownership; B1 level English; Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is required for this role.
