About the role

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is organised and accessible. This role requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in various software applications, including Google Suite and timely booking system Duties Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases. Maintain and update records as necessary to ensure data integrity. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents. Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with administrative tasks as required by the team. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and communication. Prepare reports and summaries based on entered data for management review. Skills Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) Get timely booking tool Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Good clerical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone. Familiarity with office procedures and administrative support functions. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
