Job Overview:
We’re seeking a Site Leader, Community & Fitness to lead day‑to‑day operations, programming, and team performance for a financial software company. This hybrid role combines people leadership, operational oversight, client partnership, and community engagement, and is well suited for a leader who thrives in a visible, hands‑on environment.
In this role, you’ll be accountable for overall site success, including staff development, member experience, financial performance, and client collaboration, while serving as a trusted on‑site representative of Workplace Well‑being.
What you will do:
Lead & Develop Teams
Oversee Operations & Member Experience
Manage the Business
- Own the site budget, including payroll, expenses, and financial reporting
- Monitor utilization, participation, retention, and revenue trends
- Use reporting tools to identify opportunities and inform decision‑making
Partner with the Client
- Serve as the primary liaison to the client’s supervising departments
- Provide regular insights on site performance and program outcomes
- Contribute to short‑ and long‑term planning for staffing, services, and facilities
Drive Programming & Engagement
- Oversee fitness, recreation, and community‑based programming
- Plan and promote events, leagues, and activities that build connection and participation
- Collaborate with marketing and internal partners to deliver engaging, well‑attended programs
Build Community
- Design inclusive physical activity and community experiences (e.g., walking groups, challenges, social clubs)
- Act as an on‑site ambassador for engagement and well‑being initiatives
- Track participation and use insights to improve impact and reach
What we are looking for:
Preferred (Not Required)
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Industry certifications
- Experience in corporate fitness, recreation, or multi‑site operations

Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, geographic differentials, and other business and organizational needs. In addition to the hourly rate, Plus One offers a comprehensive benefits package (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
