We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter - Intern to support our U.S. recruitment operations. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT roles, working closely with our recruitment team during .
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct the initial phone screenings
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate tracking and reporting in recruitment tools
Support the full recruitment cycle for IT roles under guidance
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work during (U.S. time zone) - 5:30 PM till 3:30 AM India Time
Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Exposure to Computer Programming
Willingness to travel to USA for short duration.
