🚨 We’re Hiring: Plumbing Designer | Bangalore 🚨
Are you an experienced Plumbing Designer looking for your next opportunity? Join our team and work on exciting residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
🎯 Experience: 1+ years
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Develop plumbing layouts and designs using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software
• Design water supply, drainage, stormwater, sewage, and fire protection systems
• Ensure designs comply with NBC, IS codes, and applicable standards
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, vendors, and contractors
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, technical reports, and as-built drawings
• Conduct design quality checks and site visits
• Incorporate sustainable solutions such as rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling, and water-saving systems
👤 What We’re Looking For
✔️ 1+ years of relevant plumbing design experience
✔️ Good knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit
✔️ Understanding of plumbing codes and standards
✔️ Strong coordination and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
