Job Title: Plumbing BIM Modeler

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled plumbing BIM modeler with 2+ years of experience in MEP/BIM projects. They should have hands-on experience in plumbing BIM modeling, CAD-to-BIM conversion, and coordination for Gulf/US/UK projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed plumbing BIM models using Revit.
- Convert 2D CAD drawings into accurate 3D BIM models.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, and coordinated models.
- Coordinate with MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
- Ensure modeling standards and project requirements are maintained
- Extract BOQ, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.
- Support project documentation and submission activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and BIM workflows.
- Hands-on experience in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Experience in CAD to BIM conversion.
- Familiarity with Gulf/US/UK project standards.
- Knowledge of clash detection using Navisworks is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical
