Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plumber role based in Lucknow. The Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage networks in residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, responding to service calls, and ensuring that all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. The role involves coordinating with site supervisors and other trades, reading and interpreting drawings or layouts, and documenting work performed. The Plumber will interact with clients and site teams to provide clear updates, maintain a clean work area, and support smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in plumbing installation and repair, including working with various pipe materials and fittings.
- Candidates should possess skills in maintenance and repair, with experience in troubleshooting plumbing systems and performing preventive maintenance.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with clients and coordinate effectively with site teams.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in plumbing or building services; trade license or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety practices, and use of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Ability to work on construction sites, handle physical tasks, and follow instructions from engineers and supervisors.
- Prior experience in commercial or residential construction projects is preferred.
