Opportunity to make a profound impact in a global medical devices company!

In this role, you will act as the Technical Lead / Architect for the transition from a legacy Oracle PLM platform to a next-generation PLM landscape. You will take end-to-end ownership of the legacy PLM platform, design the migration strategy, and lead its implementation, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Operations, Marketing, and IT, providing technical leadership, strategic guidance, and organizational change management expertise. This is a unique opportunity to lead a large-scale, high-impact PLM transformation program within a global organization.

Your tasks

• Leading end-to-end migration from legacy Oracle PLM to a next-generation PLM platform
• Designing the new PLM solution architecture with a clear migration and adoption strategy
• Aligning PLM transformation with enterprise systems, integrations, and business processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Operations, and Marketing
• Driving organizational change, adoption strategy, and stakeholder engagement
• Defining program roadmap, milestones, and technical implementation steps
• Ensuring technical excellence, governance, and best practices in PLM deployment
• Monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies, providing regular reporting to leadership
  
  

Requirements

• Expertise in Oracle E6 Agile PLM
• Strong experience in PLM migration or transformation programs in large enterprises
• Deep understanding of PLM value chain, integrations, and enterprise operations
• Experience in designing PLM solutions and migration strategies
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational change management skills
• Experience leading large-scale IT transformation programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable steps for teams and leadership

• Exposure to next-generation PLM platforms and cloud-based PLM solutions
• Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks
• Experience with enterprise IT governance and compliance standards
• Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques
