We’re Hiring PLM Application Engineers!

Role Overview
As a PLM Application Engineer, you will be responsible for installation, implementation, configuration, and support of enterprise software solutions across client environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, system administration, and working with modern IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
# Software Administration: Installation, PLM implementation, upgrade, troubleshooting and support of 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, CATIA, BIOVIA Material/Discovery Studio, Enovia, etc.
# DBA Administration: Oracle and MSSQL server, PLM Infrastructure implementation, update, and backup.
# PLM Customization: Enovia testing and database configuration. Create and maintain web applications.
# Application Servers/Webserver: Apache-Tomcat, Apache.
# Load Balancer: Apache, Big IP-F5, HAProxy, NetScaler.
# Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows Server, CentOS, and Ubuntu. Installation of system libraries on Linux and software on HPC/Cluster/Server.
What We’re Looking For
# Knowledge of internet protocol for client-to-server connectivity.
# Familiarity of MQL/TCL, MatrixOne and EXALEAD is a plus.
# Register new applications and modify login and system properties files.
# Maintain comprehensive documentation for installation procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
# Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and ensure seamless integration.
# Provide technical support to end-users and address any issues related to software applications, operating systems, or databases.
# Quickly resolve client issues and seek acknowledgement of support provided.
# Experience with scripting languages for automation like Python, will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
# Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
# Up to 3 years of relevant experience in systems administration including, installing, PLM implementation, configuring, and maintaining software applications.
# Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
# Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
# Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records and procedures.
