𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: - 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗶
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer to design, develop, test, and implement programmable logic controller (PLC) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming automation systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing maintenance of PLC-controlled equipment in industrial settings.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Develop and program PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) for automated machinery and production lines.
- Design and implement HMI (Human-Machine Interface) solutions.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain documentation for programs, processes, and system changes.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in PLC platforms like Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio 5000, or Mitsubishi.
- Experience with SCADA and HMI systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
