Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai & Chennai for a PLC Programmer. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing automation solutions, preparing and reading schematics, implementing control strategies, and performing system installations. The role also involves working closely with other team members to ensure system integration and functionality while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages and experience with HMI development
- Ability to design and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for debugging control systems
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems and integration processes
- Familiarity with control system testing and commissioning
- Strong communication skills for collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
- A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working in industrial automation (an advantage)
