Job Summary
L&T Technology Services is looking for a PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in IEC-61131 PLC Programming, RTOS, Structured Text (ST), and Microcontrollers. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial automation, debugging, communication protocols, and Agile software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test PLC application modules.
- Develop PLC logic using IEC-61131 languages (Structured Text, Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram).
- Perform module testing, verification, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical documentation as per EN50716 standards.
- Analyze and resolve defects using issue tracking tools.
- Work on RTOS and Microcontroller-based applications.
- Debug and troubleshoot embedded/PLC applications.
- Work with communication protocols such as TRDP, UDP, and SDTv2.
- Use version control tools like Git/SVN and defect tracking tools like Jira.
- Follow Agile SDLC and V-Model development processes.
