Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area. The role involves programming, testing, and troubleshooting PLC systems, designing automation solutions, and integrating control systems for industrial and warehouse applications. The PLC Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored automation solutions, ensure system reliability, and undertake preventive maintenance to guarantee efficiency. Additionally, the role includes providing technical support and training to clients and assisting with the deployment of new automation equipment.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and control systems integration
- Experience with SCADA, HMI development, and industrial communication protocols
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and automation processes
- Knowledge of industrial robotics, motion control, and IoT applications in automation
- Ability to conduct system testing, debugging, and preventive maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
- Previous experience in warehouse automation or manufacturing systems is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for client support and teamwork
