Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a PLC Engineer. The PLC Engineer will oversee the programming of PLC systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure efficient operation of automated processes. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining control systems, integrating new technology, conducting tests and inspections, and providing technical support. The position also involves collaborating with engineering and operational teams to ensure optimal functionality and safety of equipment and processes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and control systems integration
- Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and problem-solving skills for automated systems
- Knowledge of industrial processes, electrical systems, and instrumentation
- Experience with system testing, diagnostics, and performance optimization
- Ability to analyze technical drawings, schematics, and related documentation
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant educational qualifications in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Experience in industrial automation, with familiarity in protocols like Modbus, Profibus, or Ethernet
