Role Description
The PLC Application Cum Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, developing PLC-based automation applications, and providing technical solutions to optimize production processes. The role also involves presenting product solutions, providing technical support, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction. The engineer will act as a liaison between the organization and clients, assisting in pre-sales and post-sales tasks, and driving business growth through exceptional service and expertise.
Qualifications
- Understanding and experience with PLC systems, automation applications, and process improvement through technical solutions.
- Strong skills in technical sales, customer engagement, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in engineering products, electrical systems, and troubleshooting automation system issues.
- Excellent analytical skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with a proactive learning mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automation, or related fields is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Pune Division.
