About the Role
PlaySuper is on the hunt for a seasoned business development leader with deep roots in the gaming industry. As our Global Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our global footprint by building strategic partnerships and unlocking new revenue streams across the gaming ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role where you'll drive PlaySuper’s expansion into key verticals—including mobile, PC, and console gaming, Real Money Gaming (RMG), and gaming communities. Your mission is clear: monetize gaming audiences at scale by creating and nurturing powerful, long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partnership Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and close high-value deals with Gaming Studios, RMG Platforms, and Communities across the globe.
  2. Revenue Growth: Own and deliver on ambitious revenue targets by driving adoption of PlaySuper’s monetization solutions.
  3. Market Expansion: Lead PlaySuper’s global expansion efforts with a focus on strategic geographies and emerging market opportunities.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain executive-level relationships across studios, platforms, and partners.
  5. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver partner success and scale growth efforts.
  6. Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to inform business development strategy.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

  1. 3–10 years of experience in business development or partnerships, with a proven track record in the gaming industry.
  2. A strong network across Gaming Studios, RMG platforms, and/or communities.
  3. Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  5. Passion for gaming, digital entertainment, and emerging technologies.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
