Marketing Analytics Engineer

We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Engineer with a passion for gaming and the technical curiosity to bridge the gap between code, analytics, and growth. You will work across marketing ops, data platforms, and our frontend stack to make sure our marketing signals are complete, clean, and actionable.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Own and optimize web analytics implementations using tools such as Scaleo, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Singular, and affiliate tracking platforms
• Develop and maintain front-end components (React/JavaScript) that support tracking, personalization, and user interaction measurement
• Design and implement a scalable web tracking architecture, including cookie management, attribution models, and cross-domain tracking
• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to ensure accurate and actionable signal flow across campaigns, platforms, and user journeys
• Analyze marketing and user data using tools like Splunk and BI dashboards to inform performance, growth, and optimization strategies
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, technical growth, or business intelligence roles
• Proven expertise with web tracking tools and marketing attribution platforms (e.g., GTM, Singular, Scaleo)
• Strong front-end development skills, particularly in JavaScript and React
• Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including affiliate tracking, cross-domain attribution, and cookie behavior
• Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Splunk, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills across both marketing tech stacks and front-end environments
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Engineering, Data)
