Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Playschool Mother Teacher to join our team at Shaivam Early Years in North Delhi. This is an on-site position, and your daily responsibilities will include fostering a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment for young learners. You will plan and execute age-appropriate activities aligned with our Montessori and play-based philosophies, establish meaningful connections with children, communicate regularly with parents, and actively contribute to creating a vibrant learning community. Additionally, you will ensure the overall developmental needs of children are met, focusing on their cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
Qualifications
- Experience or training in early childhood education, Montessori methodology, or play-based learning frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues
- Adaptability and creative problem-solving abilities to manage dynamic classroom environments
- Passion for nurturing children's curiosity, independence, and emotional well-being
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build authentic connections with young learners
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are preferred
- Prior experience working in a playschool or preschool setting is an advantage
