Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Player Coach Sales Manager. The individual will lead and motivate a sales team while also engaging directly in sales activities. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, setting and achieving sales goals, mentoring and coaching team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and tailored travel solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize operational and service delivery is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Proven sales experience, including client relationship building and maintaining sales pipelines
- Proficiency in travel consultation, customized itinerary design, and resolving client inquiries
- Familiarity with tourism services such as hotel booking, adventure activities, and destination management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a remote setting while managing a distributed team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred
