<div><br></div><div><strong>Job Summary</strong></div><div>We are seeking a passionate <strong>Pediatric Occupational Therapist </strong>to join our small and growing team! As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be meeting with several patients in a day, discussing treatment needs and ultimate goals with parents or caregivers, and crafting customized, comprehensive therapy plans for them. The ideal candidate has a compassionate style of care, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling multiple different cases at a time. We are especially looking for therapists with experience in <strong>sensory integration</strong>, <strong>feeding therapy</strong>, and <strong>early intervention</strong>.</div><div><br></div><div>
<strong>Responsibilities</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Conduct evaluations and screenings for children ages 0–12.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.</li>
<li>Provide therapy in clinic, school, and home settings with a focus on:<ul>
<li>Sensory processing and self-regulation.</li>
<li>Fine and gross motor development.</li>
<li>Feeding and oral-motor skills.</li>
<li>Daily living and social participation.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Collaborate with families, caregivers, and teachers to support carryover.</li>
<li>Educate and empower families with practical strategies.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation.</li>
<li>Stay current with pediatric OT practices, including sensory and feeding approaches.</li>
</ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required).</li>
<li>Current California OT license (required).</li>
<li>Knowledge of sensory integration principles.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, creativity, and adaptability.</li>
<li>Passion for play-based, family-centered therapy.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills.</li>
<li>Pediatric experience; feeding therapy or early intervention experience preferred.</li>
