Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Platinum Relationship Manager. The Platinum Relationship Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individual clients, ensuring proactive customer engagement and top-notch service delivery. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, providing personalized financial solutions, onboarding new clients, and achieving sales and cross-sell targets. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with internal teams, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and maintaining a strong understanding of financial products and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of banking, financial products, and investment solutions
- Experience in sales, client servicing, and cross-selling financial products
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide customized banking and financial recommendations
- Keen attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Previous experience in client relationship management or a financial services role is an advantage
