Responsibilities:Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within our target market.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions.Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to clients at all levels of the organization.Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in our CRM system.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role within the IT services industry.Technical Acumen: Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, Data Engineering will be a plusSales Skills: Proven track record of success in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
