Role Description
The Platform & Strategy Success Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the foundational work behind our client deliverables. This includes data gathering, reporting updates, and initial insight structuring. This is an ideal role for someone starting their career in digital commerce who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Data Support
- Assist in pulling data from various tools and platforms
- Prepare first drafts of standard reports and dashboards
- Conduct quality checks and support consistency in formatting and structure
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Conduct analysis using Excel and internal tools to uncover trends and performance patterns
• Create and maintain reporting templates, visuals, and dashboards
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables
Team Contribution
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all deliverables
• Communicate task progress clearly to team leads
• Actively seek feedback to improve skills and delivery
Minimum Qualifications
• 0–2 years of experience or strong internship background in analytics, business, or marketing
• Proficiency in Excel (basic functions, charts, formatting)
• Interest in e-commerce, marketing analytics, or client services
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn in a team setting
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to retail platforms or digital tools through academic or internship experience
• Good written communication skills
• Willingness to take initiative and contribute to process improvement
