Your role:
- Lead execution of platform build and migration on GCP using services like Google Compute Engine and Google Cloud Filestore
- Review and approve IaC (Terraform) code, PRs, and deployment patterns
- Define and enforce platform engineering standards and best practices
- Architect and guide implementation of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Support migration of pipelines from Azure DevOps Server / Jenkins
- Troubleshoot complex platform, infrastructure, and deployment issues
- Collaborate with architects, DB teams, and SRE teams for seamless delivery
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards
- Mentor and guide senior platform engineers
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience with strong cloud engineering expertise (GCP preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform / IaC and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools
- Deep understanding of networking, storage, and compute on cloud
- Experience in data center migrations and replatforming projects
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
